BTCL (Bible Training for Church Leaders) is a practical, in-depth Bible study program for men and women serving in the local church. Adapted from the BTCP pastoral training track, it covers eight core courses that help everyday church leaders grow in biblical understanding and ministry skills. It’s built for real-life ministry—not degrees—with a focus on knowing the Bible well and using it faithfully in whatever role you serve.

Completion of the BTCI program qualifies graduates to apply for advanced standing at Dallas Theological Seminary, potentially saving time and money toward a Master's Degree.
