BTCP offers three structured, non formal theological training programs designed to equip pastors and church leaders for faithful ministry. Each program follows a consistent model and is intended to be accessible and reproducible within the local church.

Three Tiers of Bible Training

Bible Training for Pastors

10-courses | 525 hours

BTCP’s pastoral training program is for men who meet the biblical qualifications for pastors as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. This includes requirements such as being faithful to one wife, not divorced, and demonstrating proven character and leadership abilities. Upon enrollment and completion of all courses in the the program, men will be eligible to earn a BTCP certificate.

8-courses | 400 hours

BTCP’s program for church leaders is intended for all committed disciples seeking ministry training including women, divorced individuals, and lay leaders. Students can earn either a BTCL certificate (8 core courses) or BTCI certificate (5 core courses) depending on their chosen track.
