Approved Training Levels

Bible Training Centre for Pastors offers three approved levels of training. Each level builds on the previous one and is designed to serve students, leaders, and pastors at different stages of ministry.

Level 1 – BTCI

Bible Training Center for Church Institutes

5 Courses | 275 Classroom Hours

This level provides a foundational overview of Scripture, doctrine, and spiritual life.

Courses Included:

  • Bible Study Methods and Rules of Interpretation — Manual #1 – 40 hours

  • Old Testament Survey — Manual #2 – 60 hours

  • New Testament Survey — Manual #3 – 60 hours

  • Bible Doctrine Survey — Manual #5 – 60 hours

  • Personal and Corporate Spiritual Life — Manuals #6 and #7 – 55 hours

    (Entire Manual #6 plus the first section of Manual #7)

Level 2 – BTCL

Bible Training Center for Leaders

8 Courses | 400 Classroom Hours

(10 Courses | 500 Classroom Hours with Electives)

This level equips church leaders with additional training in teaching, leadership, and ministry practice.

  • Bible Study Methods and Rules of Interpretation — Manual #1 – 40 hours

  • Old Testament Survey — Manual #2 – 60 hours

  • New Testament Survey — Manual #3 – 60 hours

  • Communicating Biblical Messages — Manual #4 – 40 hours

    (First 80 pages only)

  • Bible Doctrine Survey — Manual #5 – 60 hours

  • Personal Spiritual Life — Manual #6 – 40 hours

  • Church Ministry, Administration, and Education — Manual #7 – 40 hours

  • Missions, Evangelism, and Discipleship — Manual #10 – 60 hours

Elective Courses (Optional):

  • Teaching Principles and Methods — Manual #8 – 40 hours

  • Church History Survey — Manual #9 – 60 hours

This level provides comprehensive pastoral training for active or emerging pastors.
