# Bible Training Centre for Pastors (BTCP)

> BTCP equips pastors, church leaders, and disciples worldwide with biblical training through a structured, life-on-life mentoring model. Founded by Dr. Dennis Mock in 1990, the program has trained over 200,000 pastors and church leaders in more than 100 countries, with curriculum available in 40+ languages.

BTCP offers three tiers of training suited to different ministry contexts:
- **BTCP (Pastor Certification)**: 10 courses, 525 hours, for men who meet the biblical qualifications for pastors outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- **BTCL (Bible Training for Church Leaders)**: 8 courses, 400 hours, open to all committed disciples including women and lay leaders.
- **BTCI (Bible Training for Church Institutes)**: 5 courses, 275 hours, a foundational overview of Scripture, doctrine, and ministry.
